Tried to serve her beans and orzo last night. She was not in to it. Made her some meat sticks instead. Yay for happy baby!

Fell back asleep after 6am bottle. Woke her up at 7 and she was all smiles and giggles. I love my sweet, easy baby.

First solo stand!

Last night Piper’s parents were having a chat.  Her mom was on the floor with her and her dad was in the kitchen when her mom suddenly realized that PIper wasn’t touching her anymore.  She looked over to see a spread-legged Pippi standing on her own.  She was distracted with the toys in her hand so she didn’t think much of her mother’s sudden barking, “Jason!  You’ve got to see this!”  Hopefully we’ll get some photographic evidence to share soon.  

Happy 11 months, Piper!
